Dougnac-Sánchez Family, of San Julián

Around the year 1917, Antonio and María, Spanish immigrants, settled in the isolated, but thriving, port of San Julián, in the Argentine Province of Santa Cruz. There they raised 3 children. Antonio worked as an accountant in the Sociedad Comercial e Industrial de la Patagonia. Among other activities, in 1927-28, he published a weekly newspaper, called "Avisador Comercial".
